Cannabis event coverage is a policy designed to meet the insurance requirements of most venues where artists can sell their work at cannabis-related events. It is a short-term, general liability insurance plan that helps covered vendors pay for liability claims, such as slip-and fall accidents.
A Cannabis Event policy allows you to buy a plan that lasts for a few days or a few months. Our policy lengths include:

Get the event coverage you need to sell your products and creations at cannabis themed events.
We can insure most cannabis, CBD, or hemp products with our CBD & Hemp Insurance policy. Topical & ingestible CBD products containing no more than 0.3% THC are eligible to apply. This policy combines both general and product liability insurance, allowing you to still sell your products at events and insure your business.
If you only need general liability coverage, but know you are selling CBD and hemp products, you may not qualify for coverage under our event policy. This means you would not be able to file an insurance claim if a storm damages your booth and products, or someone accidentally knocks over a table and ruins your inventory.
Please call us at 844.520.6693 before buying an event policy to clarify coverage status if you plan on selling CBD or hemp products at your event.
This is a general liability policy only, meaning you will not be covered for product liability, personal advertising injury, completed operations, or professional liability. You can find these coverages with CBD & Hemp Insurance.
